Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

Do not use Clublob to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, harass or threaten people, distribute unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, or facilitate fraud, scams, spam or other harmful conduct.

Do not attempt to access another user’s account or data, bypass permissions, probe or disrupt systems without authorisation, introduce malware, abuse authentication or recovery flows, or interfere with service availability. Do not scrape or automate access except through authorised features and in compliance with applicable limits and provider terms.

Submit information that you have the right to use and that is not knowingly false, misleading, unlawful or malicious. Do not upload sensitive personal data unless the feature is designed for it and you have a valid legal basis. Respect consent, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights and applicable data-protection requirements.

Do not create or coordinate fake accounts, fake engagement, fabricated reviews, misleading claims, duplicate or doorway listings, keyword stuffing, automated impressions, artificial clicks, referral abuse, or other activity intended to mislead users, platforms, search systems, advertisers or measurement tools.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, pause API access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report conduct to appropriate authorities when reasonably necessary and lawful. Serious or repeated abuse may result in immediate action. We consider context, severity, impact and available evidence.

Report suspected abuse or security issues through the Clublob support page. Do not publicly disclose exploitable security details before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
