We use information to provide and maintain accounts and features, generate and manage discovery workflows, measure performance, provide customer support, process subscriptions or payments through service providers, send essential account and security notices, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We use information for marketing only where permitted by applicable law and your choices.

Where applicable, we process personal data on a lawful basis such as performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests that do not override your rights, or consent where consent is required. We aim to collect information relevant to these purposes and avoid retaining it longer than reasonably necessary.

We may share necessary information with hosting, authentication, database, email, analytics, payment and AI or data-provider services that help operate Clublob. Those providers may process data in other countries. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described, account operation, dispute resolution, enforcement and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You can contact support to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain records where lawfully required.

Clublob is intended for professional and business use, not for children who are not legally permitted to use the service. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will update the effective date when we do.
