Listing Integrity & Anti-Manipulation Policy

Clublob supports accurate, useful discovery. Listing abuse, deliberate manipulation or attempts to invalidate measurement can lead to removal, restrictions or account termination.

Effective date: 10 October 2026. Please review this page periodically for updates.

Accurate listings

Listings, profiles, business details and related content must be truthful, current to the best of your knowledge, relevant to the stated purpose and not designed to deceive. You must have authority to represent the person, business, service or location described.

Prohibited manipulation

Prohibited conduct includes keyword stuffing; misleading titles or categories; duplicate, near-duplicate, doorway or mass-generated listings intended to distort discovery; false locations or identities; impersonation; fabricated ratings, testimonials or reviews; fake leads; artificial clicks, visits, impressions or conversions; automated activity designed to inflate metrics; and coordinated attempts to manipulate rankings, recommendations or analytics.

No invalidation or circumvention

You must not intentionally invalidate, contaminate or falsify platform measurements, attribution, listing quality signals, API usage records, billing meters, eligibility checks or abuse controls. Attempts to bypass rate limits, plan allowances, moderation or enforcement controls are prohibited.

Evidence and review

Clublob may use reasonable automated checks, reports, usage patterns and human review to identify suspected abuse. A signal is not necessarily conclusive by itself. We may ask for clarification or evidence, remove or correct affected listings, exclude invalid activity from metrics, restrict publishing or API access, or pause an account while investigating.

Consequences

Depending on severity, intent, repetition and impact, violations may lead to warnings, removal or de-indexing of listings, metric adjustments, feature restrictions, payment or API review, temporary suspension or account termination. Serious fraud, deliberate manipulation, repeated abuse or attempts to evade a prior restriction may result in termination without further warning where lawful.

Appeals and good-faith corrections

If you believe an action was mistaken, contact support with the affected listing or account details and relevant evidence. Good-faith corrections and prompt cooperation may be considered during review, but do not guarantee reinstatement.
