Terms of Service

By accessing or using Clublob, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation. You must be legally capable of entering into the agreement and comply with applicable laws.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of applicable obligations. Do not share credentials or bypass access controls.

Plan prices shown at checkout are for the stated activation period, normally one month unless the plan says otherwise. A plan includes the features and usage limits described with that plan. A larger number of projects, unusually high request volumes, sustained traffic spikes or event/observability activity may use more infrastructure than the included allowance. If additional charges or a different plan are needed, we will explain the applicable pricing or options before charging an undisclosed overage. We may apply reasonable rate limits or temporarily pause excess activity where needed to protect service stability. See the Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

You retain rights you hold in content and data you submit. You grant Clublob the limited permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, display and use that material to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to submit personal data, business information, listings, text, images and other material.

Features, data sources, integrations, estimates, search results and generated outputs may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate and should be reviewed before business decisions are made. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability and policies. We do not guarantee particular search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or business outcomes.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to suspected fraud or abuse, enforce these terms, address legal risk, or comply with law. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service and manage cancellation through available account or support options.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and we exclude warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
